Where it will live (space, product, publication)
Audience and intent (what should it make people feel/do?)
Dimensions/formats needed
Timeline and key dates
Budget range
Usage (where it will be used, for how long, and in which territories)
Any references (links, moodboards, brand guidelines)

A clear proposal with scope, milestones, and usage terms – plus sketches before anything is finalised.
