Welcome to the Jordee Studio's FAQ. Here you'll find answers to the questions I'm most often asked about original artwork, fine art prints, commissions, licensing and creative collaborations.
If you can't find what you're looking for, please feel free to get in touch via the chat.
Do you sell original artwork?
Yes. Original paintings are available to purchase unless marked as sold. Availability is shown on each artwork page.
Do you offer fine art prints?
Yes. Selected artworks are available as museum-quality fine art prints. Product details, sizes and edition information are listed on each print listing.
Are your prints limited edition?
Some collections are released as limited editions, while others remain open editions. This will always be specified on the artwork page.
Can I commission an original artwork?
Absolutely. I welcome commissions for private collectors, publishers, hospitality spaces and creative projects.
To begin, write in the chat and share your vision.
How does the commission process work?
Every commission follows a collaborative process:
Share your vision
Discuss the project together
Agree on scope, timeline and pricing
Create sketches and concepts
Develop the final artwork
You'll be involved throughout the creative journey.
How long does a commission take?
Timeframes vary depending on the project's complexity.
Most commissions are completed within 4–12 weeks, although larger commercial collaborations may require additional time.
Do you work with brands and businesses?
Yes. I collaborate with publishers, hospitality brands, creative agencies, designers and organisations seeking original artwork, illustration or licensed designs.
Do you license your artwork?
Yes. Artwork and surface patterns may be licensed for publishing, textiles, homewares, packaging and other commercial applications.
Please get in touch via the chat to discuss your project.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Jordee Studio ships within New Zealand and internationally.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
How is artwork packaged?
Every artwork is carefully packaged using professional protective materials appropriate for its size and medium.
Original artwork is wrapped securely to help ensure it arrives safely.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where available, you'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return my artwork?
Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.
What materials do you work with?
My work combines watercolour, ink and mixed media, inspired by travel, nature and quiet observation.
What inspires your artwork?
Many collections begin in my sketchbooks during travels and everyday moments of observation.
Each finished artwork grows from research, exploration and storytelling.
Do you share your creative process?
Yes. My Projects and Journal pages explore the journey behind each collection—from initial inspiration and sketchbook studies through to the finished artwork.
