Thank you for supporting Jordee Studio. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Original artwork is typically prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.
Fine art prints are produced to order and usually ship within 5–10 business days.
If your order requires additional preparation or custom framing, I'll contact you with an updated timeframe.

Shipping Destinations

Jordee Studio ships both within New Zealand and internationally.

Standard shipping: FREE on all orders and destinations.

Packaging

Every artwork is packaged with great care using protective materials appropriate to the artwork being shipped.

Depending on the size and medium, orders may be shipped in:

Protective mailing tubes
Rigid flat packaging
Reinforced art boxes

Original artwork is carefully wrapped to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

New Zealand

Unframed orders: 2–4 business days
Framed orders: 5–7 business days
Large-framed orders: 10–12 business days
Custom framed orders: 12–14 business days

Australia

Approximately 5–10 business days

Approximately 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services and seasonal demand.

Tracking

Where available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to courier services, customs processing, severe weather or public holidays.
